I joined the pilot Transitioning Teachers course after starting a new teaching position and quickly realising it was no longer the career I wanted to be in. I was eager to explore my next steps and find a new direction.

The Pivot Programme was something that I gravitated towards as I was assessing my options beyond the teaching world. I liked that the content within the programme was done at your own pace, and I think it has a great balance of reflecting on your inner self (your purpose, challenges and strengths), combined with great resources with a sprinkle of weekly supportive group chats/video calls on top.

The biggest highlight for me in this programme was the CV template and LinkedIn advice Kim dived into – the information sharing of these resources is something I keep going back to. Additionally, I enjoy that the programme is always available to access. This is a big perk for me as a busy person.

You’re not alone; many members feel this way. That’s why we’ve created a simple guided pathway to help you take the first step with confidence. Or, you can explore freely and follow what feels right.

As much or as little as works for you. Some members jump into live sessions and programmes, while others dip in for a quick read or listen. It’s all flexible, no pressure, no homework.
